This Privacy Policy explains how NewAgeCoinCapital ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information when you use our website and trading platform. By using our services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
When you create an account, we collect your full name, email address, password (stored as a cryptographic hash — never in plain text), phone number (optional), and country of residence. This information is required to create and manage your account.
To comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and for withdrawals above specified limits, we collect government-issued identification documents (passport, national ID, driver's licence) and proof of address documents (utility bills, bank statements). KYC documents are stored encrypted and reviewed only by authorised compliance staff.
We record all financial activities on your account, including deposit amounts and cryptocurrency addresses, withdrawal requests and destination addresses, P2P transfer history, investment bot activations and earnings, loan applications and repayments, and referral commission records.
We automatically collect IP address (for security and fraud detection), browser type and version, device type and operating system, pages visited and features used, login timestamps and session duration, and error logs. This data is used to maintain platform security and improve user experience.
If you contact our support team, we retain records of your messages and our responses for quality assurance and dispute resolution purposes. Email communications sent through our system are logged with timestamps.
Your information is used to operate and maintain your account, process deposits and withdrawals, execute bot investment instructions, calculate and credit earnings, send transaction notifications and alerts, and provide customer support.
We use technical data and transaction patterns to detect suspicious activity, prevent unauthorised account access, identify and block fraudulent transactions, enforce our one-account-per-person policy, and comply with anti-money laundering obligations.
We process your data as required to comply with applicable financial regulations and AML/KYC laws, respond to lawful requests from regulatory authorities, maintain required financial records, and report suspicious transactions as required by law.
Aggregated, anonymised usage data is analysed to improve platform features and performance, fix bugs and resolve technical issues, optimise the user interface, and develop new features based on user behaviour patterns.
We send you transactional emails (deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, profit credits), security alerts (login from new device, password changes), and platform announcements relevant to your account. You cannot opt out of security and transactional emails, but you may manage marketing preferences in your profile settings.
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Your data is not a commercial product.
We share limited data with trusted third-party providers who assist us in operating the platform, including: email delivery services (to send transactional emails), cloud infrastructure providers (to host platform data securely), KYC/identity verification services (to validate your documents), and payment processors. All service providers are contractually bound to protect your data and may not use it for any other purpose.
We may disclose your information to law enforcement or regulatory authorities if required by a valid legal order, subpoena, or regulatory mandate. We will notify you of such disclosures where legally permitted to do so.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify registered users via email of any such change in ownership and any material changes to how your data is handled.
We may share aggregated, anonymised statistical data (such as total trading volume or user count by region) with partners or in public reports. This data cannot be used to identify any individual user.
All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is protected by TLS 1.3 encryption (HTTPS). Sensitive data at rest — including KYC documents, financial records, and session tokens — is encrypted using AES-256.
Access to user data is restricted to authorised personnel on a strict need-to-know basis. All staff access is logged and reviewed. KYC documents are accessible only to our compliance team.
Your password is never stored in plain text. It is hashed using a modern one-way cryptographic algorithm. Even our administrators cannot view your password. We encourage the use of strong, unique passwords and two-factor authentication.
In the event of a data breach that may affect your personal information, we will notify affected users by email within 72 hours of discovery, describe the nature of the breach and data affected, and provide guidance on steps you can take to protect yourself.
We use session cookies to maintain your logged-in state and CSRF tokens to protect against cross-site request forgery attacks. These cookies are strictly necessary for the platform to function and cannot be disabled.
We may store your UI preferences (such as dashboard layout or notification settings) in cookies or local storage. These are optional and can be cleared through your browser settings.
We use anonymised, self-hosted analytics to understand how users navigate the platform. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or other third-party tracking scripts that report your behaviour to external parties.
You can manage cookies through your browser's privacy settings. Note that disabling essential cookies will prevent you from logging into the platform.
We retain your account and transaction data for a minimum of 7 years as required by financial record-keeping regulations, even after account closure. After this period, data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
Identity verification documents are retained for 5 years after the end of the business relationship, as required by AML regulations in most jurisdictions.
Support conversation records are retained for 3 years for quality assurance and dispute resolution purposes.
You have the right to request a copy of all personal data we hold about you. Submit a data access request to support@newagecoincapital.com. We will respond within 30 days.
You may update most of your personal information directly through your profile settings. For corrections to identity documents or registered email, please contact support.
You may request deletion of your account and personal data, subject to our legal retention obligations (financial records must be kept for 7 years). To request deletion, contact support@newagecoincapital.com after closing your account and withdrawing all funds.
You may request your transaction history and account data in a machine-readable format (CSV or JSON). Contact support to arrange a data export.
In certain circumstances, you may object to or request restriction of how we process your data. Please note that objecting to legally required processing (such as AML record-keeping) may result in account closure.
NewAgeCoinCapital operates globally. Your data may be processed or stored in countries other than your country of residence. We ensure that all data transfers comply with applicable data protection laws and that adequate safeguards are in place.
Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions by relevant authorities, or other legally recognised transfer mechanisms to ensure your data is protected to an equivalent standard.
Our platform is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a user is under 18, their account will be suspended and their data deleted. If you believe a minor has registered, please contact us immediately at support@newagecoincapital.com.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 14 days before they take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
