Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using NewAgeCoinCapital ("the Platform"). By creating an account or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
"Platform" means the NewAgeCoinCapital website, trading dashboard, API, mobile interfaces, and all related services operated by NewAgeCoinCapital ("we," "us," or "our").
"User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual or entity that registers for, accesses, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
"Account" means the registered user profile you create on the Platform, including all associated balances, settings, and transaction history.
"Digital Assets" refers to cryptocurrencies, tokens, and other blockchain-based assets that may be deposited, traded, or withdrawn through the Platform.
"Investment Bot" or "AI Bot" means an automated trading strategy offered on the Platform that executes buy and sell orders on your behalf according to configured parameters.
"Earnings" or "Returns" means the profits or yield credited to your account as a result of active Investment Bot plans, subject to market conditions and Platform performance.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Accounts found to belong to minors will be suspended and funds returned per applicable law.
The Platform is not available to residents of jurisdictions where cryptocurrency trading or investment services are prohibited or require licences we do not hold. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
Each individual may hold only one account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits, earn multiple referral bonuses, or for any other reason is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent bans and forfeiture of associated funds.
You may be required to complete identity verification (KYC) before making withdrawals above specified thresholds or accessing certain features. Failure to complete KYC when required may result in account restrictions.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your profile information updated. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. You agree to notify us immediately at support@newagecoincapital.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, regardless of whether you authorised it, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Accounts with 2FA enabled have significantly reduced risk of unauthorised access.
Investment Bots execute trades algorithmically based on programmed strategies and market data. While our bots are designed to maximise returns, they operate in inherently unpredictable financial markets. Activation of a bot does not guarantee profits.
TRADING DIGITAL ASSETS INVOLVES SIGNIFICANT RISK OF LOSS. Prices are highly volatile and can move against your positions. Past performance of any bot or strategy is not indicative of future results. You should only invest funds you can afford to lose.
When you activate an Investment Bot, the invested capital is committed for the duration of the bot's plan (as specified at activation). Early cancellation may result in forfeiture of accrued earnings and, in some plans, a partial return of capital as disclosed at signup.
Earnings are credited to your account balance according to the schedule specified for each plan (daily, weekly, or at plan completion). Credited earnings become available for withdrawal subject to any minimum withdrawal thresholds and KYC requirements.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or retire any Investment Bot plan at any time. Active bots will be honoured through their stated duration. We will provide at least 7 days' notice of any material changes to actively running bots where operationally feasible.
Deposits may be made via cryptocurrency to addresses provided by the Platform. Supported currencies are displayed in the deposit section of your dashboard. We reserve the right to add or remove supported currencies.
Deposits require blockchain confirmation before they are credited to your account. The number of confirmations required varies by cryptocurrency. We are not responsible for delays caused by blockchain network congestion.
Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of deposit. Deposits below the minimum threshold may not be credited and cannot be refunded to you, as the transaction cost may exceed the deposit value.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 24–72 hours, subject to security review, KYC status, and available liquidity. We reserve the right to delay withdrawals for security or compliance reasons.
Network fees and platform withdrawal fees apply to all withdrawals. Fees are displayed before you confirm a withdrawal. Fees are non-refundable once a withdrawal is submitted.
You are solely responsible for providing accurate withdrawal addresses. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. We cannot recover funds sent to incorrect addresses and accept no liability for such losses.
The Platform allows you to transfer funds directly to other registered users (P2P Transfer). You must provide the recipient's registered email address. Always verify recipient details before confirming a transfer.
P2P transfers are processed immediately and are not reversible once confirmed. We cannot recall or reverse a P2P transfer on your behalf. Exercise caution and verify all recipient details before submitting.
P2P transfers must not be used to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity. Suspicious transfer patterns may result in account freezing pending investigation.
Crypto-backed loans allow you to borrow against digital assets held in your account as collateral. Specific loan terms — including loan-to-value (LTV) ratios, interest rates, and repayment schedules — are presented at the time of loan application and form part of your loan agreement.
Your digital asset collateral is held by the Platform for the duration of the loan. If the value of your collateral falls below the maintenance margin threshold (as specified at loan origination), your collateral may be liquidated without prior notice to repay the outstanding loan balance. Any surplus collateral after liquidation will be returned to your account.
You are responsible for repaying your loan plus accrued interest by the due date specified in your loan agreement. Failure to repay on time may result in late fees and eventual liquidation of collateral.
Loan availability is subject to platform liquidity and eligibility criteria. We reserve the right to decline any loan application without stating a reason.
You may earn referral commissions by inviting new users to register using your unique referral link. Commission rates are displayed on the Referral Programme page and are subject to change with 14 days' notice.
A qualifying referral requires that the referred user (a) registers a new account via your referral link, (b) completes identity verification where required, and (c) activates a paid Investment Bot plan. Commissions are credited when the referred user's first bot is activated.
Self-referrals, referring fictitious persons, creating multiple accounts to earn referral bonuses, and any form of referral fraud are strictly prohibited. Suspected fraud will result in forfeiture of all referral earnings and permanent account suspension.
Referral commissions credited to your account are withdrawable subject to standard withdrawal terms, minimum thresholds, and KYC requirements.
The Platform charges fees for certain services including (but not limited to) withdrawal processing, early bot cancellation (where applicable), and loan origination. All applicable fees are disclosed before you confirm any transaction.
We may change our fee schedule at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and/or platform notice at least 14 days before taking effect for registered users.
You are solely responsible for determining and paying any taxes arising from your use of the Platform, including taxes on trading gains, referral income, and any other earnings. We do not provide tax advice.
(a) Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law; (b) engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime; (c) manipulate, hack, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or another user's account; (d) use bots, scripts, or automated tools to access the Platform in ways not expressly authorised; (e) publish false, misleading, or defamatory content about the Platform; (f) circumvent any security, rate-limiting, or access-control measures; (g) conduct, facilitate, or participate in any form of market manipulation; (h) create multiple accounts or engage in any activity designed to defraud the Platform or other users.
Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances where funds are linked to prohibited activity, and referral of the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities.
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the software, algorithms, UI design, logos, trademarks, text, and graphics — is owned by NewAgeCoinCapital or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making any investment decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NewAgeCoinCapital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or trading losses, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to blockchain network failures, regulatory actions, natural disasters, cyberattacks, or third-party service outages.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited activity, or for legal or regulatory reasons. In the event of termination not caused by your breach, we will return accessible funds to you after any legal holds or deductions.
You may close your account at any time by contacting support@newagecoincapital.com. Before closing your account, you must withdraw all available funds and repay any outstanding loans. Data retention obligations still apply after closure (see Privacy Policy).
Upon account termination, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 10, 11, 12, and 14) will survive.
Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to first contact our support team at support@newagecoincapital.com and give us 30 days to resolve the issue informally.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law. Where a specific jurisdiction is required for legal proceedings, the parties agree to binding arbitration in a mutually agreed neutral jurisdiction.
You agree that any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against NewAgeCoinCapital.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email at least 14 days before they take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with updated Terms, you must close your account before they take effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and NewAgeCoinCapital regarding your use of the Platform.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
